Why we built pieceofalbania.com

The Albanian flag belongs to every Albanian—whether you're in Tirana, New York, or Munich. We wanted a place where that could be true online: one flag, one pixel at a time.

So we built pieceofalbania.com: a digital Albanian flag where every pixel can be owned by a real person. No corporations, no fake accounts. Just Albanians (and friends of Albania) claiming a small, permanent piece of the symbol we all share.

For the diaspora, it's a way to stay connected. For everyone, it's a way to say: I'm part of this. We're building the first collectively owned digital Albanian flag—and we're doing it with transparency and authenticity from day one.
